I think they are confusing an aneurism with an embolism.
An embolism is a blockage and can be emulated by injecting air. An aneurism is when the wall of an artery forms a balloon which can eventually burst.

Aaugh! I was so excited to see a new episode but now it keeps erroring out and can’t download! Lol, so much frustration for a 5 minute fix. Thanks for uploading these, they are awesome!
